The company was founded in 2014 in Stuttgart (Germany) and is now headquartered in Douala (Cameroon), with the aim to help companies and national institutions as they address the big challenge of digital transformation. Our Vision
The one thing we have noticed in Cameroon was the fact that there are few people who have the maturity and practical know how to conduct a digital transformation project to a successful end. The main reason we created this company was to close this gab. Most of our senior experts are working in big companies in Europe. We usually recruit our junior engineers in Cameroon and integrate them in projects, so they can better learn by doing.
We want to make sure that the Cameroonian market can exploit proven digital solutions and tap into future trends. We have to play an active role in determining the framework conditions for digital innovation and the application of new technologies. Together with our local partners, we aim to develop training opportunities for future IT Experts. We want to supply IT professionals and trainers and foster the development of training structures for IT-Relevant occupations in Cameroon, for example through participation and investment in IT graduate colleges.
Digital technologies can also help public authorities become more efficient and transparent. We aim at supporting the digitalisation of state administrations in Cameroon.
